From Heathrow Airport:
Heathrow is the nearest airport. You can take a National Express coach to Gloucester Green (journey time approximately 1 hour 30 minutes). From there, the hotel is a short 4-minute walk. Driving from Heathrow takes about 1 hour.
From Birmingham Airport:
Birmingham Airport is around a 1 hour 10-minute drive from the hotel. Alternatively, you can take a direct CrossCountry train to Oxford Train Station, followed by a short taxi ride.
By Car
The Randolph Hotel Oxford is easily accessible by car, located in the heart of Oxford city centre. If you’re arriving via the M40, exit at Junction 8 or 9 and follow signs for Oxford. From there, continue towards the city centre.

By Train
Oxford Train Station is just a 4-minute taxi ride from the hotel. The station is well connected, with frequent high-speed trains from London Paddington.
From London
If you are travelling from London, you can get a direct train from London Paddington to Oxford which takes approximately 55 minutes.

- Terms covering Code of Conduct and Privacy Policy are included in registration.
- Written cancellation or substitution requests are required; please send to Elizabeth Vivirito at elizabeth.vivirito@dciia.org along with a reason for cancellation.
- Substitutions are strongly preferred to cancellation. If you would like to nominate an alternative individual to attend on your behalf, please include their name, organisation, and job title in the request.
- Cancellations will be considered on an individual basis. There is a 100% cancellation fee after 1 August 2026.
- Hotel room cancellations are subject to hotel's terms.
